The trip isn't the hard part. Deciding is.
A hundred resorts. A thousand reviews. Ten opinions from people who've never travelled with your budget, your kids, your schedule, or your sanity. We help you make the right call — faster.
Google gives you options.
I help you decide.
The internet can hand you a thousand options. That's the problem — not the solution. My job isn't to cram as much as possible into your trip; it's to help you make the right calls so you come home saying "that was worth it." You bring the dream. I bring the decisions.
Where do you want to wake up?
Beach weeks, big family reunions, once-in-a-lifetime anniversaries — whatever you're picturing, the hard part is knowing which option is actually right for you. That's the part we take off your hands.
You only get so many days off. Don't waste them second-guessing.
Curated, not endless
No more drowning in options. A few great choices, chosen for you — so deciding feels easy again.
One point of contact
No call centres, no being passed around. One person who knows your trip by heart, start to finish.
Before & after booking
Flight delayed? Transfer fall through? You're not alone at the airport — someone who knows your trip is already on it.
Planning is a craft.
We treat it like one.
A good trip is not just a pretty hotel, a decent flight, and a list of things to do. It's the pace. The location. The room setup. The timing. The people coming with you. The reason you wanted to get away in the first place.
That's why I don't start by throwing options at you. I start with how you want the trip to feel — rested, romantic, easy, adventurous, connected, playful, like yourself again — then build from there.
The payoff: a trip that feels thought through before you go, and worth it once you're there.
What travelers say about Diana
"We had an amazing experience working with Diana for our first trip to Mexico! She took the time to make sure our needs were met, like finding a kid-friendly, all-inclusive resort with plenty of activities for our little one. According to my son, it was the best trip ever! We'll definitely be trusting her with all our future travel planning."
"Diana was incredibly helpful and efficient with all the information we needed. She went above and beyond when our flight was delayed and we faced issues with our airport transfer. Thank you for ensuring our trip went as smoothly as possible. We highly recommend AccessPoint Travel for all your travel bookings!"
"We had an amazing holiday, thank you Diana! As first-timers in Europe, she made sure our accommodations were close to transit, shops and restaurants, and booked wonderful excursions. From gastronomic adventures to great architecture and design — such a fun and hassle-free trip. Thank you AccessPoint Travel. Kudos!"
"Every time we travel, Diana generously shares places to visit and restaurants to try — her checklists become your checklists. She's an exceptional monitor; during one delay she called the airline on my behalf and won a seat upgrade. Try AccessPoint Travel for a complete, worry-free experience."
Looking for ready-to-book vacation packages?
Browse live trips from my booking system — Canada and the U.S., Europe, sun destinations and more — with real-time pricing you can book direct. Self-serve when you're ready; ask me when you're not.
Let's plan something you can't wait for.
It starts with a quick chat about the trip you've got in mind. No pressure, no commitment — just the relief of handing it to someone who's got it.
Tell us the dream.
We'll make it real.
There are thousands of resorts, ships, and itineraries out there — and that's exactly the problem. We cut it down to the few that are right for you, whatever kind of trip you're planning.
However you love to travel, we've got you.
All-Inclusive Vacations
Picture the part where you do nothing at all. We find the resort that actually fits your crew, so you skip the reviews and the second-guessing and just show up to good food, the right room, and a week that feels like a real break.
Cruises
The right ship makes the whole trip. We steer you to the one that matches your pace — lively or laid-back — and the cabin worth having, so every port feels like a treat and nothing catches you off guard onboard.
Europe Trips
Wake up in one city, fall asleep in another — without the headache in between. We line up the route so it just flows, and put you in the neighborhoods worth waking up in. You explore; we handle the getting-there.
Family Vacations
A trip where the kids are happy, the grandparents are comfortable, and you actually get to relax too. We build it so everyone's looked after — and so you come home with the memories, not the exhaustion of having organized it all.
Group Travel
Get everyone there without becoming the group's unpaid travel agent. We wrangle the bookings and keep the whole crew on the same page, so the trip comes together — and you get to enjoy it instead of herding it.
Honeymoons & Anniversaries
Some trips deserve a little extra. We quietly take care of the touches that make it feel special — the upgrade, the view, the right table — so the two of you can just be present for it.
Custom Travel Planning
Your trip, built around you — not squeezed into a package. Whether you've got a clear vision or just a feeling, we shape it into something that fits exactly how you like to travel.
Not sure where to start? Perfect.
That's exactly what we're here for. Tell us a little about your trip and we'll take it from there.
First, the feeling.
Then the trip.
Maybe you want to feel rested. Maybe you want your kids to be amazed. Maybe you want romance, adventure, ease, or a little bit of everything. We'll help turn that feeling into a trip that actually makes sense.
How do you want this trip to feel?
That answer shapes everything else.
Start with a consult
Bring the trip idea, the questions, and the things you're unsure about. We'll talk through how you want the trip to feel, who's coming, what matters most, and what needs to be easier. Come as you are — even "somewhere warm in February" is plenty to work with.
Get a short list that actually fits
No endless options. No guessing based on reviews alone. A few days later, you'll get thoughtful recommendations based on your budget, pace, travel style, and the kind of trip you're hoping to have — each with a quick note on why it fits. We'll tweak until it's just right.
Book with more confidence
Once the right option is clear, we help with the booking details, timing, logistics, and prep — so you're not left wondering if you missed something important. Then we stay close through the trip itself, so you can relax knowing someone's got your back.
No pressure
We'd rather get the trip right than rush you to a deposit. You decide when it's a yes.
Clear comms
You'll always know what's next and what we need. No chasing, no guessing.
One advisor
The same person plans, books, and supports your trip start to finish.
Your trip is one chat away.
About thirty minutes is all it takes to get rolling. Book your consult and the fun part begins.
You don't need me because travel is hard.
You need me because it's easy to overplan badly.
Most people don't come to me lost. They come with too many ideas — and no clear way to choose.
Hi, I'm Diana — the travel advisor behind AccessPoint Travel.
Before travel, I spent 15 years in international logistics — moving freight across oceans on deadlines that didn't forgive mistakes.
That's the brain I bring to your trip: the one that checks the connection time, the transfer, the neighborhood, the pace — and what happens when one bad flight choice can wreck your whole first day.
A trip isn't just a booking. It's a moving puzzle, and every piece changes how it feels.
The beach side is personal. I grew up measuring every beach against Boracay and Palawan, so I'm picky in the best way. I've done the all-inclusives and the multi-city Europe runs myself — Western Europe, Central Europe, the big iconic stops, and the in-between travel days that can make or break a trip — so when I help you choose, it's not because a brochure said so.

Why AccessPoint Travel exists
Travel is easy to book now. That doesn't mean it's easy to get right. There's more information than anyone can reasonably sort through, and most of it is trying to sell you something — not help you decide.
I started AccessPoint Travel to be the steady point in all that noise: one person who takes your trip seriously, asks the questions that actually matter, and helps you choose with confidence instead of crossing your fingers.
I don't start with where. I start with why.
I'm not an order taker. If you tell me a destination, I'm going to ask why, who's coming, and what you want the trip to feel like — because those answers change the recommendation completely.
The approach is consultative, detail-oriented, and intentional. I'd rather present three well-chosen options than thirty, and I'll tell you honestly if a different idea would serve you better.
Who this service is best for
- →People who want their trip planned with care, not just booked fast.
- →Busy travelers who'd rather hand off the research than spend evenings on it.
- →Anyone planning something that matters — a honeymoon, a milestone, a long-awaited family trip.
- →Travelers who value good advice and a real relationship over the cheapest click.
If that's how you'd want it done —
let's talk. A consult is the easiest way to see if we're a good fit.
Let's make the trip in your head
make sense.
Tell me what you're hoping for, what you're unsure about, and how you want this trip to feel. We'll talk through the options, the details that matter, and the next best step — without the pressure to have it all figured out first.
What to expect
Just a friendly conversation about the trip you've got in mind. The more we understand what you're picturing, the better we can bring it to life — so come ready to dream a little out loud. Still saving up and just want real numbers to plan around? That's a perfect reason to book too.
A rough idea of these helps:
- 1Where you're dreaming of — even "somewhere warm" works.
- 2Roughly when you'd love to go.
- 3Who's coming along.
- 4A ballpark budget, so we can point you to the good stuff.
✓ You'll love working with us if you
- ✓Want your trip planned with real care and a person who knows it
- ✓Would rather enjoy the trip than spend weeks researching it
- ✓Have a trip in mind — whether it's soon or something you're saving toward
! We might not be your best match if you

Europe, Asia & beyond — flights, transfers, hotels, and the in-between days handled. Quoted upfront before any work begins.
A planning fee for the research and design behind your trip. Non-refundable.
Group travel
Many people, many rooms, many opinions — coordinated so you're not the group's unpaid travel agent. Quoted upfront.

Frequently asked questions
The consult is always free. A planning fee then secures your spot: from $100 for all-inclusives, cruises, and escorted tours — credited back toward your trip when you travel — and from $250 for custom itineraries and group travel, which covers the research and design work. Every fee is quoted upfront, with no surprises.
Planning fees are non-refundable — they pay for the time and work already spent building your trip. The $100 fee for all-inclusives, cruises, and tours is credited toward your trip when you travel; custom and group fees cover research and aren't credited. If you cancel, the fee is retained for the work done.
Yes. Most trips can be split into fixed monthly payments through Uplift, so you can lock in your plans now and spread the cost over time. I'll walk you through it when you're ready to book.
All-inclusive vacations, cruises, Europe trips, family and group travel, honeymoons and anniversaries, and fully custom itineraries. If you're not sure your trip fits, the consult is the perfect place to ask.
Not at all. Plenty of clients start with "somewhere warm" or "Europe, maybe." Part of my job is helping you narrow it down to a destination that fits your group, timing, and budget.
The earlier the better — especially for peak dates, popular resorts, and group travel, where the best options book up first. That said, if your trip is sooner, reach out anyway and we'll work with the time we have.
You'll get a confirmation and a time to talk. After our conversation, I put together a handpicked list of options built around your trip. Once you choose, I handle the booking and stay with you through travel.

It's written to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What I collect
Depending on how you reach out and what you book, I may collect: your name, email address, and phone number; details about your trip and travel preferences; the names and relevant details of others travelling with you; and, when a booking requires it, information such as dates of birth or passport details needed by airlines, resorts, cruise lines, or tour operators. I do not store your full payment card details — those are handled directly by the suppliers or the booking system.
How I collect it
I collect information you give me directly — through the consult scheduler, by email, by phone, or in conversation while planning your trip. When you book a consult, scheduling is handled through Calendly, and when you browse or book packages you may be directed to my booking portal operated through FareConnect.com Inc. Those services collect information under their own privacy policies.
Why I use it
I use your information to plan and book your travel, communicate with you about your trip, provide support before and during travel, and meet legal or supplier requirements. With your consent, I may also send occasional travel ideas or offers by email — and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting me.
Who I share it with

Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026.
These terms apply when you engage AccessPoint Travel ("we," "us," or "I") to help plan or book travel. By paying a planning fee or confirming a booking, you agree to them. AccessPoint Travel operates as an independent travel consultant through Fareconnect.com Inc., and acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (such as resorts, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators).
Consultations & planning fees
Your initial consultation is free. If you decide to move forward, a planning fee applies and is quoted to you upfront before any work begins:
• All-inclusives, cruises & escorted tours — from $100. This fee is credited toward your trip when you travel.
• Custom itineraries — from $250. A planning fee for the research and design of your trip.
• Group travel — from $250. A planning fee for coordinating your group.
All planning fees are non-refundable. They compensate for the time, research, and expertise involved in planning your trip, which is performed regardless of whether you ultimately book or travel. Where a fee is described as "credited toward your trip," that credit is applied at final payment / once you travel; it is not refunded if you cancel.
Payments
Once your itinerary is confirmed and you are ready to proceed, payments are made through a secure credit-card authorization and invoice, or directly to the supplier as required. Where available, trips may be paid in monthly installments through Uplift, subject to Uplift's terms and approval. Prices are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and any required deposit is paid, as supplier pricing and availability can change.
Cancellations & changes
Each supplier (resort, airline, cruise line, tour operator, etc.) sets its own cancellation and change policies, including any penalties. These policies are provided to you in your trip proposal before you book, and they govern your booking. Planning fees remain non-refundable in all cases. We are not responsible for supplier penalties, fare changes, or losses arising from cancellations or changes.
Travel documents, insurance & your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents, and for meeting entry and health requirements for your destinations. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip; declining it is at your own risk. Please review all documents and confirmations we send for accuracy and notify us promptly of any errors.
Our role & limitation of liability
We act as an intermediary to help you plan and arrange travel. The travel services themselves are provided by independent suppliers over whom we have no direct control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or other failures of any supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with your trip will not exceed the planning fee you paid us.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Questions? Email diana@accesspointtravel.com.
